Jess offers a solid sense of internal safety through the way she moves through the world. In truly living what she offers, a sense of clarity & sharpness of vision is shared with those she teaches.
Her passion is in creating opportunities for others to embrace their own expression, accessing their own natural timing and impulse, so that they are empowered. Her way is welcoming, approachable, non-bullshit, safe, and challenging from a place that acknowledges and welcomes all of the parts of each other and the process.
The practices and tools offered are a bridge into connection to our own meaningful directions, through giving all of our parts somewhere to meet and land. Jess offers a shift into empowerment and an access point to trust the tools already within oneself, & what we already know.
With strong self practiced & embodied knowledge, Jess only points toward what is safe and available in the present moment. In this subtle internal space she invites what is ready to emerge, when it’s ready. Jess’ main intention is to take participants beyond the practices, to bring it to life within the everyday.
